how do baby-boomer employers deal with the new generation of employees?

Here are two effects influenced by gaming : employee attributes and advertising.
Trends believe that this "game generation" has been trained to become more independent-minded and risk-taking than previous generations. Therefore some management will actually play video games in an attempt to understand the new generations perspective. These employees seek different stimulus from the workplace, different incentives, and in return will provide different skills to your company.
The gamer generation has substituted the internet for TV and subsequently advertisers have allocated budget accordingly. $15B was spent in 2005 on internet advertising geared towards youth and $1B will be spent on in-game advertising.
