Generations in the Workforce

"Retirement is dead," proclaims Aileen Ellis. She walked us through history and what has shaped each of the four generations currently sharing today's work environment.

She predicts that other positive benefits attributed to Generation Y will be shorter, more efficient workdays, less time in meetings, specialists who require office support staff, promotions based on output, AND death to the annual review!
