Generations in the Workforce

"Retirement is dead," proclaims Aileen Ellis. She walked us through history and what has shaped each of the four generations currently sharing today's work environment.

She predicts that other positive benefits attributed to Generation Y will be shorter, more efficient workdays, less time in meetings, specialists who require office support staff, promotions based on output, AND death to the annual review!

Aileen Ellis is one of the world's most accomplished educators in the Project Management and Project Leadership disciplines, and has trained over 10,000 students from dozens of countries. With over 20 years of Project Management experience, including twelve years training Project Managers, Aileen has had the opportunity to manage many projects from small to very large (up to $100 million). Find out more about Aileen at the AME Group Inc. and see if she can speak to your team.
