Politely nudge conversation to reveal cutting edge ideas

Would the team rather wrap this meeting up in 5 minutes and give back 25 minutes or swap stories from our adventures this weekend?

When the meetings get to mechanical and too comfortable, do we even challenge ourselves to find the best solutions, to improve the status quo, to reinvent what seems to be working?

Real change comes from looking at people and processes from a different person's lens.

We can find real transformation within our teams. Look at our processes, internal customers, external satisfaction; what are we still doing that should be retired?
