PROBLEMS :
I like the tool, but it lacks the following features :
- a personal 'notes' section to maintain on each of your contacts
- the ability to catalog your contacts into various groups, i.e., organize by work, personal, hobby, clients, potential clients
- the ability to add photos and graphics to your profile
